This Dutch ad really makes you appreciate how lucky you really are to be living in a "developed" country with easy internet access and access to medical care:
Though unexpected, Cuba is the world leader in terms of patients per doctor ratio (though certain, smaller countries like Luxembourg aren't listed ). It's then followed closely by ex-Soviet bloc countries (which always had generally good and affordable health care) and the developed "Western European" countries a handful of other countries beyond. Interestingly, though this ad is a Dutch ad, the Netherlands isn't one of the leaders and is a little behind its neighbors such as Belgium and Germany:
